General:

Please be sure to check your state and local laws before purchasing. We do not offer refunds if a customer attempts to purchase a product that is illegal in their state.
You must be 18 or older to purchase long guns and 21 or older to purchase hand guns or receivers.

Conduct of Business:

Gunbunny Outfitters is a US business and all transactions are completed in US dollars.
Gunbunny Outfitters is not currently licensed for export.
Federal firearms license holders for Gunbunny Outfitters LLC operate under & conform to all rules & regulations set forth in §US CFR Title 27: Alcohol, Tobacco Products and Firearms, Chapter II, Subchapter B , Part 478
It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased via the Internet may be shipped to an FFL near you.
We will contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s).
All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state, & local laws/regulations.
No shipment of items that require FFL acknowledgement to AK, CA, CT, HI, IL, NJ, NY, MD, RI or Washington DC. This is due to prohibitive laws that make it difficult to legally ship to these locations.
Gunbunny Outfitters does not retain customer payment data. Payment data is handled via SSL and processed by Blue Dog Business Services, LLC.

Returns & Refunds Policy:

All Firearms sales are final. All other returns must be pre-authorized by Gunbunny Outfitters and are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Please email sales@gunbunnyoutfitters.com for pre-authorization return control number.
All defective firearms must be returned to the manufacturer for service and/or repairs. Gunbunny Outfitters will pass on all warranties associated with your purchase, but we are not responsible for any cost associated with returning products to the manufacturer.
